We currently ship orders within Luxembourg, the EU, and selected international countries.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Luxembourg Delivery: 1–3 business days.
EU Delivery: 2–6 business days.
International Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Luxembourg: Free shipping for orders over €200. Flat rate of €4.99 below that.
EU: Free shipping for orders over €200. Flat rate of €7.99 otherwise.
International outside the EU: Flat rate of €14.99

RETURNS
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Email us at info@interludebrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
