At INTERLUDE, we are committed to delivering your order with precision, care, and efficiency. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping process and timelines.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Luxembourg

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

2–6 business days

International (outside the EU)
5–10 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €200
Flat rate of €4.99 for orders below €200

European Union
Free shipping on orders over €200
Flat rate of €7.99 for orders below €200

International (outside EU)
Flat rate of €14.99

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At INTERLUDE, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be undamaged

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@interludebrand.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Specify the item(s) you wish to return

  4. Briefly state the reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

In such cases, INTERLUDE will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
